According to CACAC regulations and the nomination of the president and some vice-presidents of CACAC by ACFSMC, the Seventh Meeting of the Second Council of CACAC on June 12, 2019 approved by voting that the president and some vice-presidents of the Second Council of CACAC are adjusted as follows:

1. The president of the Second Council of CACAC was changed from Li Dianping (currently the director of the Department of Science and Technology, Education, Associations and Societies of ACFSMC) to Long Wen (currently the inspector of the Bureau for Agricultural Means of Production & Cotton and Jute of ACFSMC).

2. It is approved to change Tan Ming, deputy director of the Council of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (vice-president unit of CACAC) as the vice president of the Second Council of CACAC.

3. It is approved to change Zhang Qin, deputy editor-in-chief of China Agri-Production News (vice-president unit of CACAC) as the vice president of the Second council of CACAC.
