China-ASEAN Chamber of Agricultural Commerce, abbreviated as CACAC, was established with the permission of the State Council of China, the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China, and the support from the ASEAN Secretariat on December 26, 2007. It’s an organization concerning foreign affairs under the charge of All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, the first international chamber of commerce with “China-ASEAN” in the title in China, and the only international organization in the field of China’s agriculture and agricultural materials with foreign investment and trade cooperation.
Aiming to serve governments, industries, and its members, CACAC has actively implemented projects, established platforms, and undertaken activities to enhance exchanges and cooperation in agriculture, agricultural materials, economy, trade, technology, and culture, etc. between China and ASEAN as well as countries along the Belt and Road, promote excellent enterprises and high-quality products to bring in and go out, and create the opportunities and channels of mutual development, cooperation and exchange for governments, enterprises, social organizations, as well as experts and scholars, etc. from multiple perspectives.
With the deepening of Belt and Road cooperation and the signing and implementation of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), the industrial exchanges and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN countries have continuously expanded, and the cooperation demand and potential have continued to be unleashed, bringing more opportunities to CACAC and its members.
Adhering to the cooperation concept of mutual benefit, openness and inclusiveness, and giving play to the interconnected role of international organizations, CACAC widely invites leading domestic and foreign companies, industry organizations, research institutions, experts, and entrepreneurs to join it to seek common development.
After joining CACAC, domestic enterprises and individuals will enjoy super rights and value-added services as members, and the priority to conduct exchanges and cooperation with government departments, organizations and well-known enterprises in ASEAN and other countries, and to promote their products, supply and demand information to the international market for free.
