On December 7th, CACAC publicly released the “Top 100 Fertilizer Import and Export Trade Enterprises in China of 2017” at the 2018 China-ASEAN Agricultural Industry Summit Forum held in Beijing. This is not only a public welfare activity that CACAC actively responds to China's comprehensive expansion of opening up, accelerating of construction of a new pattern of foreign cooperation in agriculture, showing the world China's excellent fertilizer companies and brands, but also a concrete measure of CACAC to promote the construction of the Belt and Road, establish good images of China's fertilizer enterprises, expand international trade cooperation, promote import and export trade of fertilizers and guide and motivate Chinese fertilizer companies to be better and stronger. 100 powerful agricultural enterprises in import and export trade won this honor, including China National Agricultural Means of Production Group Corporation, Yunnan Hongxiang Chemical Co., Ltd., Huaken International Trade Co., Ltd., Guizhou Kailin Fertilizer Co., Ltd., Wengfu International Trade Co., Ltd., etc.

Representatives of enterprises winning this honor were awarded certificates by Wang Wei, Deputy Director of the Council of ACFSMC, Gao Fang, Director of Bureau for Agricultural Means of Production & Cotton and Jute of ACFSMC, Li Dianping, Director of Department of Science and Technology, Education, Associations and Societies, Tan Ming, Deputy director of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Li Hongtao, Deputy Director of Foreign Economic Cooperation Center of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Fu Chunhua, Deputy Inspector of Bureau for Agricultural Means of Production & Cotton and Jute of ACFSMC. 

Officials of embassies of ASEAN countries, leaders of government departments of China and ASEAN, representatives of associations, chambers of commerce and more than 100 enterprises in the agricultural, economic and trade fields participated in the forum and witnessed the awarding of this honor. Fan Huiqun, Vice president and Secretary general of CACAC presided over the release ceremony.

CACAC launches the “Top 100 Fertilizer Import and Export Trade Enterprises in China of 2017” by adhering to the priciple of objectivity, fairness and conformity according to import and export trade data of authoritative departments and in combination with enterprises’ willingness to participate. By considering the total volume of import and export trade of various fertilizers of enterprises,, CACAC selected Top 100 Fertilizer Import and Export Trade Enterprises in China from 2,000 Chinese fertilizer import and export enterprises after multiple strict stages including information collection, material review, corporate review, expert deliberation, social publicity, and grandly released the list to Chinese and foreign guests at the Forum.  In the future, CACAC will further increase publicity efforts to promote Chinese fertilizer enterprises to better display images and advance their pace of international expansion.
