On January 19, Bureau of Agricultural Means of Production of All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (ACFSMC), China-ASEAN Chamber of Commerce (CACAC) and China Agricultural Means of Production Association (CAMPA) jointly held the 2017 summing-up meeting featuring creating a learning organization and building an innovative team. 

Leaders of ACFSMC attended the meeting and respectively gave a speech, including Mr. Yang Jianping, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Council of ACFSMC, Mr. Li Dianping, Director of the Bureau of Agricultural Means of Production of ASFSMC, Executive vice-president of CAMPA and President of CACAC, Mr. Liu Conggao, Deputy Communist Party Secretary of Departments directly under the ACFSMC, Ms. Feng Jianfang, Deputy Director of the General Office of ACFSMC, Luo Zhongmin, Deputy Inspector of the Personnel Department of ACFSMC, Fu Chunhua, Deputy Inspector of the Bureau of Agricultural Means of Production of ACFSMC and Secretary-general of CAMPA. All the members of the Bureau of Agricultural Means of Production, CAMPA and CACAC attended the meeting.

In his speech, Yang Jianping pointed out that this year's activity of "creating a learning organization and building an innovative team" is well held with new bright spots and a richer and more novel form. He said, “Through this activity, I see all of your growth throughout the year, your self-encouragement and self-improvement. This shows that the leadership of the CACAC and CAMPA has played a very good leading role, and our team is getting better and better”.

“In recent years, we have achieved outstanding results in cultivating young comrades and consistently adhering to the practice of "five principles" (select outstanding young people, make right positioning, give young people heavier responsibilities, create sound environment for the growth of young people and give young people certain help to grow better, Practice shows that this is an effective way for our team building. We also insist that newcomers take a good start and find out the turning point. Everyone's growth is from the starting point to the turning point, and then to find another starting point and another turning point. I hope that in 2018 all of us can grow better on this platform”, Yang said.

Yang Jianping stressed that now is the most difficult time for the agricultural industry, which needs our association to bring new hope to the entire industry and give new directions. Our association should take the lead in restructuring and upgrading so as to lead the industry in front. This requires everyone to carefully study the current industry policy, market changes, changes of enterprises and entrepreneurs, that is, "four concerns" — concern about the industry, concern about policies, concern about enterprises, concern about entrepreneurs. This is our topic that will never change. I hope everyone can make more achievements in 2018 and achieve greater progress.

Li Dianping pointed out this activity has always been attached with great importance. The theme of this year’s activity is closely linked to the times with rich and colorful content, new and diversified forms. All of you have made adequate preparations and gave a good show. The results are very valuable. 2017 is a very busy and fruitful year for us all. With less manpower and heavy tasks, we work in unison and forge ahead with the spirit of hard working and indomitable fighting. We have successfully completed all the tasks and achieved remarkable successes. Last year, we held a lot of activities with brilliant highlights. Also We have done a great deal of work in such areas as actively offering advice and suggestions, striving for industrial policies, deploying work in agricultural means of production, completing government tasks, building smart agricultural means of production, promoting restructuring of enterprise, enhancing industry development, building service platforms, expanding international cooperation and strengthening self-construction, thus playing a due role in serving the government, industry and our members. In the new year, we must keep our mission firmly in mind, strengthen our learning, be brave in our work, and fulfill our duties. In the new era, we should stride forward for a bigger platform to make our dreams come true and share the sense of gain, sense of accomplishment and happiness of business development together. Finally, Li Dianping expressed his hope that all of us can make outstanding achievements and have a happy life in the new year.

At the meeting, other participating leaders also spoke highly of the event, believing that the event has become an important brand activity and a good platform to improve the team's combat effectiveness and promote the work. They also expressed the hope that young people should integrate their personal growth with the development of CACAC and CAMPA and promote the rapid development of the chamber of commerce and association, thus making new and greater contributions to the development of the industry and the rejuvenation of the countryside.

The theme of this activity is "creating beautiful life for a new era, making dreams come true for a bigger platform." At the meeting, Bureau of agricultural means of production, CACAC and CAMPA showed their work performance in 2017 and the spirit of their staff through slides and video clips. Six old staff performed their poems with affection and eight new staff shared their growth in the past year.
