Resolution of the Second Session of the Fourth Council of China-ASEAN Chamber of Agricultural Commerce

The Second Session of the Fourth Council of Session (CACAC) was held in Shanghai on November 8, 2025. There were 84 Council members required to attend this meeting, and 59 members were present or submitted valid proxies due to work commitments, constituting more than two-thirds of the total number of Council members and complying with the relevant provisions of CACAC's constitution. The resolutions are legal and valid.

The meeting heard and reviewed the Work Report of the Second Session of the Fourth Council and the Financial Work Report for the First Three Quarters of 2025, presented by Executive Vice President Fan Huiqun; reviewed the list of new members of CACAC and the explanation regarding the change of the CACAC's Secretary-General, and presented membership certificates to the member units of the Fourth Council. President Cong Shan attended the meeting and delivered concluding remarks. Executive Vice President Fan Huiqun presided over the meeting.

A show of hands adopted the following resolutions:

1. The meeting unanimously adopted the Work Report of the Second Session of the Fourth Council and the Financial Work Report for the First Three Quarters of 2025.

2. The meeting approved the following 5 units as new members of CACAC (listed in no particular order):

A. Guangdong Tianrun Economic Development Co., Ltd.

B. Hangzhou Chabaike Technology Co., Ltd.

C. Ningbo Dade Hengye Trading Co., Ltd.

D. JCS Atameken Agro, Kazakhstan

E. The Green Agri Cooperative Pakistan

3. The meeting unanimously adopted the explanation regarding the change of CACAC's Secretary-General. Mr. Xu Mingfeng no longer holds the position of Secretary-General of CACAC.

The above resolutions take effect from November 8, 2025.

4. Concurrently with this meeting, the Second Session of the Fourth Executive Council of CACAC, the Fourth Meeting of the Second International Trade Committee, and the Third Meeting of the Second International Water-Soluble Fertilizer Branch were held, exchanging views on production, operation, and market conditions, and listening to opinions and suggestions on industry development and CACAC's work.
