The year 2021 marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of dialogue between China and ASEAN, and also marks the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation. With the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) coming into effect soon, the international situations of agriculture, agricultural materials, economy and trade are undergoing profound changes.
Under the background of COVID-19 and RCEP, China-ASEAN Chamber of Agricultural Commerce (CACAC) decides to hold the 2021 Lancang-Mekong Matchmaking Meeting for Agriculture, Capacity, Economy & Trade, and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Lancang-Mekong Matchmaking Meeting) with the support of Lancang-Mekong International Cooperation Fund and sponsored by All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives in Beijing on December 3rd to make in-depth exchanges on the new situation, new features, and new opportunities of agricultural production, agricultural materials input, and international trade of Lancang-Mekong and ASEAN countries, explore the cooperation potential among countries, organizations and enterprises, and demonstrate excellent enterprises, new products and new technologies.
The meeting will invite government departments, enterprises, associations and chambers of commerce, and experts in agriculture, agricultural materials, economy and trade of ASEAN, India and other countries to make exchanges and carry out demonstration and matchmaking through online and offline methods. Welcome domestic and foreign enterprises, associations and chambers of commerce, experts, etc. to participate in the meeting. The relevant matters and arrangements are as follows:
I. Meeting time
December 3, 2021, all day.
9:00-12:00 a.m. and 14:00-16:00 p.m., the Lancang-Mekong Matchmaking Meeting will be held;
16:00-18:00 p.m., the Symposium on the Lancang-Mekong Comprehensive Information Platform for Agriculture, Economy and Trade, Technology will be held.
Representatives from Beijing attended the meeting on-site; representatives from outside Beijing and abroad participated online through the "Supply and Marketing Cloud Video Conference System". Please arrive at the scene or enter the online video conference system 10 minutes in advance.

VI. Meeting Content
1. Special report: the new situation, new features, and new opportunities in agricultural production, agricultural materials input, and international trade of Lancang-Mekong and ASEAN countries under the background of the COVID-19 and RCEP; Policies, market situation, investment environment, development prospects, potential opportunities, etc of agriculture, agricultural materials, economy and trade of different countries;
2. Sharing and exchanges: introduction of current production, management situation, trade and investment, cooperation needs, etc. by associations, chambers of commerce and companies from Lancang-Mekong and ASEAN countries, making exchanges on resources and information, and enhance integration, communication and matchmaking;
3. Discussions and negotiations: analyze the development, changes, trends and opportunities of agriculture, agricultural materials, economy and trade, share practical experience and problems, explore business opportunities and paths for shared development and win-win cooperation of agricultural materials enterprises, associations and chambers of commerce, cooperatives in the agriculture field;
4. Demonstration and promotion: promotion of outstanding enterprises, high-quality products, potential projects, demonstration of new products, new technologies and new achievements, and publicize enterprises, projects, products, brands, technologies, achievements, etc;
5. Launch of Lancang-Mekong Platform: The Lancang-Mekong Comprehensive Information Platform for Agriculture, Economy and Trade, Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Lancang-Mekong Platform) will be launched for online operation, which will gather information, policies, supply and demand, data and reports on agriculture, agricultural materials, economy and trade, technology, etc. of Lancang-Mekong countries, providing new channels for departments and persons of different countries to strengthen demonstration and publicity, enhance connections and matchmaking, and expand markets and business opportunities;
6. Symposium on the Lancang-Mekong Platform: invite experts and CACAC directors to discuss how to promote the construction of the platform, better providing services such as information, supply and demand matchmaking, publicity and display, and to discuss and make exchanges on platform promotion and application, planning and development.
VII. The meeting is open throughout the whole process, free of charge.

VIII. Matters for attention
1. Participants on-site are requested to strictly abide by the Beijing epidemic prevention and control requirements, wear masks throughout the entire process, and the "Beijing Health Kit" must be in "no abnormal conditions" status.

Online video conference system login method
The online video conference system of the meeting adopts the "Supply and Marketing Cloud Video Conference System" to conduct remote video meeting. Representatives participating online are required to download the conference software in advance. The relevant operating instructions are as follows:
1. Install the conference system
The download address on the computer is: gongxiao.bizvideo.cn, click on the "Download Center" at the bottom of the page and the download interface (as shown in the lower left) will appear to download the corresponding client.
On the mobile phone, you can directly search for "BizConfVideoPro" in the store where the software is installed to download and install, or scan the QR code below to download it (as shown in the middle picture).
2. Participate in the meeting
After running the video conference software on the computer or mobile phone, click the Join Conference button, enter the conference ID and fill in the name of the participating unit and person, and then click the Join Conference button to wait for approval to enter the meeting.
