In order to facilitate work, improve work quality and efficiency, and optimize team building, CACAC, according to the needs of work and the recommendation of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, decides to appoint the following persons as the deputy secretary-generals and department heads of the Second council, which has been approved by voting at the Seventh Meeting of the Second Council of CACAC on June 12, 2019. The list is as follows:

1.Wang Xiaojing, Meng Jie and Lin Zhongyang are appointed as the deputy secretary-generals of the Second council of CACAC. Kou Wenchun is appointed as the financial executive of the Second Council of CACAC, enjoying the same treatment as deputy secretary-general.

2.Lin Zhongyang (currently deputy division chief of the economic development department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Supply and Marketing Cooperatives) is changed to become the deputy secretary-general of CACAC from Huang Fei, former deputy secretary-general of CACAC.

3.The following 6 persons are appointed as the department heads of the secretariat of the Second Council of CACAC:

A. Director of the integrated department: Meng Jie 

B. Director of the membership department: Zhang Lijun

C. Director of the information technology department: Wang Xiaojing 

D. Deputy director of the information technology department: Qiao Liying

E. Director of international cooperation department: Wang Yulei

F. Deputy director of the exhibition & training department: Yao Jialong

4.Lin Zhongyang, deputy division chief of the economic development department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Supply and Marketing Cooperatives was agreed to be the director of the Nanning Representative Office of CACAC.
