On October 31, Li Dianping, president of CACAC and Fan Huiqun, vice-president and secretary-general of CACAC met with Pei Huihuang, commercial counselor of the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to China in Beijing. Both sides held friendly talks and exchanged with each other on the work progress. They agreed to further enhance contacts with each other, expand exchanges and better cooperate with each other in relevant work and business activities.

Li Dianping expressed thanks to Pei Huihuang for visiting CACAC and his deep gratitude to the Embassy of Vietnam for their active support on CACAC’s work. He hoped that both sides should continue their close contacts, expand exchanges in the future and strive to further play an active role in enhancing the agricultural, technological, economic and trade exchanges as well as business cooperation between China and Vietnam. Fan Huiqun introduced the progress of CACAC organizing Chinese agricultural means of production enterprises to participate in the GROWTECHEXPO to be held by ADPEX Joint Company, as well as the upcoming activity of promoting excellent enterprises and quality products into ASEAN. Fan also expressed her hope to better cooperate with each other in the future. 

Pei Huihuang said that he is about to end his work in China as the commercial counselor and returned to his position in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam. He expressed sincere thanks for CACAC’s active support to his work as well as the work of the Embassy. Also he fully affirmed to CACAC’s work and said that after returning to Vietnam, he will continue to maintain close contacts with CACAC and continue to strengthen cooperation with each other in relevant work and activities.

The meeting further enhanced CACAC’s contacts with the Embassy of Vietnam and relevant ministries of Vietnam, and facilitated the further development of the work of CACAC.
