On April 13, Yuntu Holdings (002539) issued an important announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary Leibo Kairui Phosphate Chemical has successfully completed the entire process of converting the prospecting right to a mining right for the western section of the phosphate deposit in the Niuniuzhai North mining area, Leibo County, Sichuan Province, and has formally obtained the mining license and the real estate ownership certificate issued by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Natural Resources.

This approval for the western section phosphate mine grants 4 million tonnes/year of mining capacity, and upon implementation, the company's own phosphate mine design capacity will be increased from the previous 6.90 million tonnes/year to 10.90 million tonnes/year, representing a substantial expansion of capacity

As a core upstream strategic resource for phosphate chemicals, the successful award of the mining right further completes the upstream resource layout, significantly increases raw material self-sufficiency, effectively consolidates the company's full-industry-chain development foundation for phosphate chemicals, and strengthens overall cost advantages and industry core competitiveness.
