Guangxi Qinde Technology Co., Ltd. ("Qinde" for short) was established in December 2009 and is headquartered in Nanning, Guangxi, the core hub city of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. It is a group-based high-tech enterprise integrating biology, chemical industry, agriculture, and scientific research. Relying on the core technology of continuous innovation and the rich natural resources of Guangxi, the company has created an industrial chain mainly based on plant seed industry, plant nutrition, plant protection, comprehensive utilization of renewable resources, deep processing of agricultural products, comprehensive agricultural development, biological research, agricultural e-commerce, and agricultural tourism, providing competitive products and services to global customers. At present, the company has built a passion fruit germplasm resource and import and export processing base covering an area of more than 150 hectares, a passion fruit planting demonstration research base, a fresh fruit sales storage and logistics base, a fertilizer production base, and a Beidou Cloud Farm information system.  The company has been rated as "Guangxi Agricultural Leading Enterprise", "Guangxi Agricultural Industrialization Key Leading Enterprise", "Autonomous Region-level Agricultural Germplasm Resources Protection Unit", "Autonomous Region-level Specialized and New Enterprise", and is a national Spark Plan project implementation unit. It has two provincial-level technical research centers and one provincial-level research institute. It has passed the "three-in-one" system certification and intellectual property management system certification. In recent years, it has obtained 74 national invention patents and 2 Australian invention patents.

Introduction to key industries

Passion fruit seed industry, the company relies on its own resource advantages and advantages in the passion fruit industry chain to fully promote the high-quality development of the industry. In 2019, it invested in the construction of a passion fruit germplasm resource and import and export processing base, which can provide more than 10 million passion fruit non-toxic grafted seedlings each year. The company has established the "Key Laboratory of Passion Fruit Biology and Genetic Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs", a provincial germplasm resource garden, and jointly drafted and formulated the "GB/T 40748-2021 Passion Fruit Quality Grading" (the second drafting unit, implemented in May 2022) and other passion fruit technical standards with the Nanning Customs Technology Center. It is the first domestic company to obtain the "Crop Seed Production and Operation Import and Export License" for passion fruit approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Formulate and implement a full-process nutrition plan for passion fruit planting.

Plant nutrition products, the research and application of plant-based fulvic acid is one of the company's core competitiveness. Utilize sugarcane sugar industry resources to develop and produce fulvic acid-type functional fertilizers with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons, and use the Beibu Gulf marine biological resources and COFCO's rich organic resources to develop and produce marine biological special fertilizers and functional organic fertilizers with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons.  The company presided over and participated in the formulation of national and industry standards such as GB/T 38027-2019 Fulvic Acid Raw Materials and Fertilizers Terminology, HG/T 5935-2019 Analysis Methods for Ammonium Humate Fertilizers, HG/T 5934-2021 Fulvic Acid Medium Element Fertilizers, and HG/T 5935-2021 Fulvic Acid Trace Element Fertilizers. The company is a "Fulvic Acid Fertilizer Standardization Demonstration Unit" recognized by the Fulvic Acid Fertilizer Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Fertilizers and Soil Conditioners, and is the vice chairman unit of the China Biostimulant Industry Alliance. It is one of the leaders in the production and research of biomass fulvic acid in China, leading the healthy development of the biostimulant fulvic acid industry.
