On 16 November 2022, The central executive committee meeting (B-17/19-22) was held in hybrid mode via zoom, and the President U Zaw Min Win delivered the opening speech.

During the meeting, the discussions topics include the holding of the UMFCCI 31st Annual General Meeting in the 3rd week of December, the coordination with custom relating to garments and CMP industries, the coordination and negotiation with respective departments to set rates and taxation on CMP waste such as the difficulties of earning purchases on importing plastic glue seeds from the border due to the quota limit of normal trade, the request to bring up the permit for other plastic products in addition to the existing ones, the request to relevant authorities to increase a quota limit on plastic products and license permission for other plastic products. Additionally, the holding for Appreciation Ceremony by HRD committee and training teachers regarding the courses of UMFCCI Training Institute, presenting the desire for the request to open Diploma courses after finishing Certificate courses that was received during the review process, encountering issues in digital online shopping and E-commerce sectors due to reduction in resource and use of credit card because of the utilization of digital economy from computer fresh graduate to MSME industries were also discussed.
